I. Water-cooled wall overhaul process
1. water-cooled wall cleaning: clean up the outer wall of the tube accumulated ash and coke slag.
2. Close to the water-cooled wall tube near the burner to check and use industrial pipeline endoscope to detect internal corrosion; and
3. Replacement and repair of worn, swollen, deformed and damaged pipe sections.
